In simple words, ‘Sustainability’ is used to describe practices that are environmentally, socially,
economically and ethically sound. Sustainable fashion does not just focus on the fabrics or the
garment, sustainability is a cycle that starts from the production of the fibre and continues even
after the garment has been bought.
Fashion being the second most polluting industry after
oil, poses a threat to the human existence if not practiced
sustainably.
