The new building dedication and open house was on December 8 , 1989 . Formre Topeka Mayor Doug Wright , Topeka Mayor “ Butch ” Felker , Insurance Commissioner Fletcher Bell , and National Executive Vice President Jeff Yates attended along with many members and company representatives .
