917 SW Topeka Avenue
The first building purchased for executive offices of the association was located at 917 SW Topeka Avenue . The building was built in 1875 as a residential home ; two identical buildings were built at the same time by the family . IIAK purchased one of the buildings in May 1969 for $ 49,000 and stayed there for 20 years . In December 1989 , the offices moved to the ( then ) newly built building at 815 SW Topeka Avenue .
