www.kagiso.co.za FOREWORD FROM FREE STATE EDUCATION MEC TATE MAKGOE A s we celebrate 30 years of Kagiso Trust’s selfless community service, let me take this opportunity to express my gratitude on behalf of the learners, parents and department officials for being bestowed once again an opportunity to pen this foreword.
