"I wasn't a big fan of David Bowie until he passed away. I had listened to his
earlier and more recent songs and I loved many of them but I haven't followed
Bowie as closely as I have followed David Gilmour (for example). The change
came, as it happens, after the great character passed away. The feedback
about Bowie was so strong in the media that I automatically started to read
about him and listen to his songs more attentively and thoughtfully. I realized
that every Bowie song was penetrated with true emotions, pain and sorrow of
life, struggles with himself and his pure understanding of "another world,
another life" that he was trying to break through to our human souls. God bless
you, David Bowie."
