Korean Hip Hop
Is also known as k-hip hop is a subgenre of hip hop music from the South Korea. It is considered to have originated in the early 1990s it started to be popular. In the 2016 the Korean Foundation Hip Hop as a new movement in the Korean wave.

The show, which features both underground and mainstream rappers, is credited with increasing the popularity of hip hop in Korea. In it's early most Korean hip hop fell into a category called ''Rap Dance'' where artist mixed rapping with pop music. There are still many k-pop artist who incorporates rap into their music including popular groups Big Bang, Block B and BTS. Some rappers usually know as ''Idol Rappers'' are active in the hip hop scene, including Bobby , member of boy band Ikon who has win in the third season of ''Show Me The Money'', Rap Monster a member of BTS who in 2015 mixtape was included in sapin magazines list of the year's best hip hop albums
