The legalization of marriage for same-sex couples is a step
forward for equal rights. Macklemore sings about this in
“Same Love,” a song dealing with equal rights for everyone
across the United States. “It’s human rights for everybody,
there is no difference!
“Live on and be you... No
freedom ‘til we’re equal,
damn right I support it.”
Everyone in this world
needs to be treated fairly
and have access to the same
opportunities and rights.
We should continue to fight
for equality and fairness
for all people regardless
of race, gender and sexual
orientation.
