K H M E R k i t c h en Stir Fry Beef Prepare 25 minutes Cook 10 minutes Serves 4 1 tbsp soy sauce • 1 tablespoon of Khmer Sauce • Handful of snowpeas • Chopped red sweet peppers • Chopped onion • 2 cloves chopped garlic • 1 teaspoon chopped ginger • ½ teaspoon brown sugar • Seasonal vegetables (baby corn, bamboo shoots) • Beef cut into small strips • Method Stir fry! Cook vegetable first to keep vegetables crunchy. Then add more oil, garlic, ginger and then finaly add the beef. Just watch out not to covercook the beef. STIR FRY OPTIONS Peanut sauce For chicken, shrimp, beef, but not fish.
