How to: Control your stress

There is nothing more difficult than controlling your stress. if you are mad, sad, pissed, irritated, or aggrivated, your best bet is to try to let go of what you are feeling. Find the source and fix the problem. For your anger, sometimes playing with things may help. Whether its something silly like play-dough or bubbles, or something soothing like listening to music, find something that works. You are too beautiful and mature to stress your pretty little head!!
