As a child, I started learning from my classmate the technique of developing B&W photos underneath a table as a dark room, that made me interested in photography.

I got a first and proper Nikon FE camera in the 1980s but did not shoot a lot of pictures, only during journeys, which were few and far between at the time.

My photography only started about 2 years ago when I retired. The number of photos I shoot in recent years in fact exceed the number I shot since 1980s.

I like shooting landscapes which are tranquil and beautiful; apart from photos which are sort of for record purpose only, I hope I shoot from my heart.
