Well done to the Learning Outside the Classroom( LOOC group), Advanced Higher Art students, Mya Wilson, Rachel Hill and Christian, who were all finalists at the South Ayrshire Youth Forum Awards, held this month in Ayr Town Hall. The pupils were accompanied by Jill, Scott and Heather as well as family and friends cheering them on form the balcony. All had a fantastic time and congratulations to the LOOC group, Rachel and Christian( Youth Forum Members) on winning their respective categories.
Our LOOC group were presented with their Dynamic Youth Award certificates after successful completion of the outdoor learning programme. Each pupil set personal targets and demonstrated excellent teamworking skills. Pictured with the group are Jill Scott together with Jan McGarry from Thriving Communities team.

Well done to the Let’ s LOOC team, who were presented with certificates for achieving 10 hrs Saltire Award, the Junior Ranger Award and the Heritage Hero Bronze Award for all their work in learning outside the classroom. Award winners are: Eryn Douglas, Isobele Dunlop, Payton Munro Anderson, Riley Adair, Aiden Griffin, Dylan Cairney, Eilidh Morrison, Evie Hogg, Isobelle Cleaver, Kaycie Hamilton, Micheal Queen, Noah Gibson and Kaiden Fulton.
