The Workgroup was created following an administrative order by Chief Justice Carlos G . Muniz and will make recommendations to redesign and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Florida ’ s processes and procedures for uncontested probate proceedings . Mr . Kypreos is actively involved in The Florida Bar ’ s Real Property , Probate & Trust Law ( RPPTL ) Section , serving on the Executive Council and as chair of its Probate Law and Procedure Committee . He is also a past chair and member of The Florida Bar ’ s Probate Rules Committee .
