• Pool Hours are to 7:00AM – 7:00PM
• If you experience any issues with your fob , please email me directly at CMcCorkle @ Eaglebrooke . com . Include the 5-digit number on the back of your fob and it will be reactivated .
TENNIS HOURS & ACCESS Tennis Court access is available through our online booking system ! Please contact me ( CMcCorkle @ Eaglebrooke . com ) for login ID and instructions .

• Access to Tennis courts will be by reservation only .
BILLING
• Make Monthly Bill Paying Easier by using our EZ PAY system !
• To enroll in EZ PAY , simply add ( or update ) your credit card information on file – this can be done in person or over the phone .
• Your Current monthly balance will be charged to the card on file on the 20th of each month .
• Billing Inquiries , Statement Disputes , Medical Leave Requests , & Cancellations :
• Please send any and all billing inquiries , statement disputes , medical leave requests and cancellation of membership notices in writing to Billing @ Eaglebrooke . com .
