The 2026 Education Conference & Trade Show truly lived up to its theme, The Greatest Show in Multifamily, delivering an unforgettable experience filled with education, inspiration, networking, and excitement for multifamily professionals from across the industry.
This year’ s event featured the largest trade show in conference history, with 280 exhibitors transforming the show floor into a lively circus-inspired showcase. Creative booths embraced the conference theme with colorful décor, interactive displays, games, and attractions that kept attendees engaged throughout the event. Two popular petting zoos added to the fun atmosphere, while complimentary professional head shots gave attendees an opportunity to update their personal brand.
The trade show floor remained energetic from start to finish, with dedicated networking time allowing attendees to connect with supplier partners, discover innovative products and services, and strengthen industry relationships. Adding to the excitement, more than $ 10,000 in prizes were awarded throughout the conference, creating even more opportunities for engagement and celebration.
In addition, attendees had access to 27 educational sessions designed to provide valuable insights and professional development opportunities for every sector of the industry. Educational programming included pre-conference workshops, launch sessions, game-changer speakers, and rapid-fire sessions covering timely trends, leadership strategies, operations, maintenance, leasing, and resident experience.
One of the conference’ s most memorable highlights was the keynote presentation by Jon Dorenbos, former NFL player, magician, and motivational speaker. Blending incredible magic with heartfelt storytelling, Jon captivated the audience as he shared his inspiring journey from NFL star to internationally recognized entertainer and speaker. His keynote focused on resilience, reinvention, and the power of perspective, showing how life’ s toughest challenges can lead to incredible opportunities. Through humor, emotion, and unforgettable stories, Jon left attendees inspired both personally and professionally.
