• The Clinton County SPCA is open to the public for adoptions, at 33 Mill Hill Road in Lock Haven. We will be holding our Furry 5K and 1 Mile Dog Jog on Saturday, August 1st, at the Castanea Fire Company Picnic Grounds. The 5K Race starts at 9am, the 1 Mile Dog Jog / Walk at 10:30am. Register online at: runsignup. com. Forms are also available at the CC SPCA. Vaccinated dogs are recommended for this pet-friendly event. • The Lycoming County SPCA is open for pet adoptions by appointment. Call for an appointment- 570- 322-4646. We will be holding a Foster Adoption Event on Saturday, June 6th, from 11am- 4pm. Pets in need of a home that are currently being fostered by volunteer familes will be at the shelter, 2805 Reach Road in Williamsport for potential adopters to meet! An SPCA fundraising event will take place at 5 Guys, 28 Liberty Lane in Williamsport, from 5- 9pm, on Friday, June 12th. For more information: lycomingspca. org.
• Pets Come First in Centre Hall is open to the public for adoptions at the shelter, General Potter Highway in Centre Hall. We will be holding our Pets Come First Bingo Fundraiser on Sunday, June 14th, at the Mountain View Country Club in Boalsburg. • Centre County PAWS in State College is open to the public for pet adoptions. We will be holding our PAWS Bingo Fundraising Event on Friday, June 26th, in a brand new location- the Philipsburg Elks Country Club.
