Step 10
Use piping tip no. 4 to drop pipe along the top of the swags you just piped. Go slow and line up the string with the centre of the swags piped with no. 21.
Step 11
With piping tip no. 14, about an inch above your previous section of piping, pipe another round of tight S- shape swags.
Step 12
With the same piping tip, create another round of drop-piped swags above the previous droppiping. Line up the string with the top of the swags piped with no. 21.
Step 13
Now, use tight drop-piping to pipe a string that returns to the same point, creating a little buttercream loop. Place this at the point of each swag. Pipe a tiny little rosette where the loop joins. Pipe shells at the points of the s-shape swags you piped with no. 21.
