Step 8
Pipe seven evenly spaced vertical embellishments around the cake. Start just above the centre of the cake and pipe a small upward orange shell to create a teardrop shape. Directly above this, pipe a longer hot pink swag extending up toward the top border.
Finish the design with:
• One small orange star underneath the teardrop
• One small orange swirl above the pink swag These details help bring the vintage Lambeth style into the design while still keeping the overall look modern and playful.
Step 9 Using tweezers, carefully attach the large gold pearls into the centre of the orange swirls.
Add medium gold pearls to the centre of the orange stars.
I used seven of each to match the decorative swags, though you can add more if desired.
