Repeat the same texturing technique with the orange buttercream, followed by the lilac.
Apply the colours in scattered sections around and on top of the cake, varying the direction and size of the spatula strokes for an organic finish.

Next, add the yellow buttercream followed by the light pink. Gently fill some of the remaining white spaces while still allowing little areas of white to peek through for contrast and balance.
Once all colours are added, stand back and slowly spin the cake on the turntable to assess the overall colour distribution.
If needed, add a little more hot pink buttercream to balance the design visually.
Don’ t worry about covering every section near the top edge neatly, as the piping borders will cover this area later.
