My Tall Cakes Made Simple course launched in May 2025, and I’ ve also updated both my Ganache and Buttercream Guide Bundles to reflect everything I’ ve learned over the years. Later this year, I’ ll be releasing a brand new Vintage Buttercream Piping course— which I can’ t wait to share. It’ s full of nostalgic, romantic piping techniques made easy for modern decorators. It’ s been such a joy evolving from full-time cake maker to full-time cake mentor. I truly love helping others build the skills and confidence to chase their own cake dreams.
