The 2024 AAMD Education Conference and Trade Show was a huge success , and the biggest event in AAMD history . Over 2,500 AAMD members attended this May 14th event , held at the Colorado Convention Center in downtown Denver .

The morning started with a wide variety of educational sessions and panel discussions for attendees to choose from . The speakers and presenters represented over 600 years of experience in the Multifamily industry , and covered topics related to Affordable Housing , Leadership , Leasing , Maintenance , Student Housing , and more .

The keynote luncheon featured Olympic Gold Medalist Amy Van

Dyken , who gave a captivating presentation about overcoming obstacles and the need for relentless motivation .

In addition to those presentations , over 250 AAMD supplier members were exhibiting on the trade show floor which provided ample networking opportunities for members .
