to prevent , even just one young person feeling this way as it can have a detrimental impact on the young person and their mental health , and their desire to socialise with their peers , or even show up to school at all . It has been an absolute joy to work alongside these incredible individuals who all want to make a difference for others in any way we can and by doing so incidentally helping future generations to have a positive experience despite barriers in their way ! I hope to continue to be an Inclusion Ambassador for as long as possible to continue to provide long standing change to the lives of others . Click here to view .

1 + 2 Language Festival

On Tuesday 5th May , two of our S3 French Language Ambassadors and Mrs Ledingham attended the South Ayrshire Council 1 + 2 Language Festival at the Cutty Sark .
Jessica and Larren were able to explain what languages we study at Marr but also had the opportunity to share some of the projects we have been involved in – live cooking , SEET our world , live lessons . Their very own movie made in collaboration with the Scottish European Educational Trust was shown to the audience after their speech .
Troon Primary was also in attendance to represent our cluster . Together , the pupils also organised a stall where guests could come and play various French and Spanish games . Some fantastic linguists in the making .
