AAMD Launches M . I . N . D . Mentorship Program
M . I . N . D . ( Mentoring into New Dimensions ) is AAMD ’ s first mentorship program and has created the opportunity to engage with new talent that is already within the industry by providing them with a mentor who is a proven industry leader , and who will give mentees the tools and confidence they need to reach their goals in an inclusive environment .
The M . I . N . D . program kicked off last July with 5 Mentors and 5 mentees who conversed and met regularly over a year ’ s time span . Since the program was such a success it is now on a rolling basis and has added 14 new mentees to the program .
AAMD is excited about the growth , retention , and job satisfaction this mentorship program will provide the industry .
