Using edible petal dusts , lightly colour the centre of the orchid . Mix the colours to create the perfect shade , remember – a little goes a long way !
Step 20 Dip the More Pointy - Precision Tool ( or toothpick ) into the coloured paste to add lined details and dots to the orchid centre .
Step 21
Mix together a small batch of royal icing and apply a dab to the back of the orchid centre , position this onto the middle of the orchid sepals and petals – allow to dry ( at least 30 minutes or until firmly secured ).
Step 22
And voila , there you have it , a beautiful botanically sound Phalaenopsis Orchid .
