Over the next few months Rajika along with her son Jayant Dhiren incorporated Ekoplay Pvt Ltd ( formerly Foxed Venture Pvt Ltd ) and entered into a joint venture collaboration with Fox Puzzles of London to manufacture learning and therapeutic materials for children and for treating adults with the onset of dementia .
