Step 5 Mix well by hand , approximately one to two minutes until powder has dissolved and desired consistency is achieved .
Step 6 Add more water in ½ teaspoon increments to thin Royal Icing mixture or add more powder to thicken Royal Icing . Test the consistency of the Royal Icing before adding to your cake .
Step 7 Place the Mondo piping bag over the measuring cup . Scoop the Royal Icing mixture into the piping bag .
Step 8 Cut the tip of the piping bag and apply the Royal Icing to the cake from the centre outwards . Spread evenly with the Mondo Cranked Spatula whilst turning the cake on the Mondo turntable .
