Visitation of Our Lady School
Visitation of Our Lady School began the 2015-2016 school year (its 50th year) on August
12th. Parents and students were greeted by the teachers and administration as they entered the
campus. Several back to school activities were planned for the students. The middle school students
participated in character building activities. Each homeroom chose a character trait such as integrity to
demonstrate through a short skit or song. The students also created a "coat of arms" representing their
chosen character trait to use during their presentations to the middle school student body. In addition the
seventh graders participated in a leadership ceremony in which they determined what their legacy to the
school would be. A special school Mass was celebrated to open the 15-16 academic year and to highlight
the school's 50th anniversary.
