What songs uplift your spirits and transport you ? Music is a powerful way to refresh your mind , body , and spirit and is an easy way to pause and just be . Create a playlist of songs you love and give yourself permission to play a song and dance , sing , and really enjoy the moment . Including music throughout the day will create a feeling of spaciousness and give you the opportunity to declutter your thoughts and positively influence your mood . If you don ’ t have access to music , listen attentively to the sounds in your surroundings . Be curious and have fun !
