Sara Schwartz 2021-2022 WSCA MS. HORSEMANSHIP

Hello Everyone!
This summer is flying by! I can’ t believe that we’ re almost halfway through show season and Champ Show is right around the corner. I’ ve had a lot of fun representing WSCA at shows and meeting many great new people at our events. I’ m pictured with my sixteen-year-old pleasure horse, Max Dee Million, aka Handsome, at the Western Saddle Clubs Foundation Spring Fundraiser Show. It was a great kick-off show to get the show season in full swing. I hope the show becomes an annual event! Thank you to the WSCF Board of Directors, judges, and all the volunteers and sponsors that made that show possible. Handsome and my other horse, Toni, have been having a blast running fast for the royalty rides at the shows! It’ s quite a change from their slow, western pleasure lopes.
I’ m looking forward to our rescheduled WSCA Royalty Show on August 13th at JRD Ranch near Arlington as well as the Royalty Banquet on August 12th. The court is going to have a very busy couple of days! Be sure to check out this issue of the Spotlight as well as Facebook for more information on both events. Good luck to all the 2022 WSCA Royalty Contestants!
It has been a huge honor being the 2021-2022 WSCA Ms. Horsemanship. This has been a wonderful experience. I’ ve had a great time with Emily, Ashley, and Bella. I know I’ ll miss being a part of the WSCA Royal Court. We’ ve made a lot of memories together.
