Helping Hands at The Orchards
MENTAL HEALTH
HELPING HANDS
The Orchards would like to send a special ‘Thank You”
to Melissa Rosohac, independent sales representative
for Avon, who put together a whole harvest of goody
bags for our staff. Additional gifts were provided
from the generosity of Bowen’s Hometown Florist and
E.J.’s Family Restaurant. Our staff really enjoyed
and appreciated these gifts! It means so much for
our community to think of us in these trying times.
You can’t see them right now, but there are beautiful
smiles behind these masks!
We can all agree that this
year has thrown us for a
loop. There are many who,
for the first time, have been
working from home to help
keep others safe. There are
many that continued on
the front lines to keep the
world turning. We all shared
a common need: keeping
ourselves happy, healthy and
mentally upbeat. This has
been a challenge for some.
Even though the world is
opening back up, climbing
back onto the Routine Wagon
still presents challenges. If
you are feeling emotional
and overwhelmed, research
your feelings and thoughts.
You are not alone. There are
several techniques to help lift
your quarantine blues!
