As Dee Maeyens prepares to retire, we take this moment to express our deep appreciation for her nearly 14 years of outstanding service to our organization.
Dee has been a vital part of our Bar staff, serving as a cornerstone of the Lawyer Referral Service Program. With grace, patience, and professionalism, she has answered hundreds— if not thousands— of calls from Palm Beach County residents, guiding them to the legal help they needed. Her work has connected people to justice and comfort during some of the most difficult moments in their lives.
What makes this milestone especially meaningful is the consistency of Dee’ s character. Through organizational changes, periods of growth, and times of uncertainty, she remained steady, kind, and committed to our mission and values.
Her calm presence and deep knowledge of our processes have made her a trusted and respected member of our team.
Dee’ s retirement is bittersweet. While we are excited for this new chapter in her life, we know her daily presence in the office— and the warmth she brought with her— will be deeply missed. Her contributions have made a lasting impact on our team, and her legacy will remain woven into the fabric of our work.
Dee, thank you for your years of service, your compassion, and your unwavering commitment. You leave behind a legacy of care, dedication, and professionalism that will not be forgotten. We wish you a joyful and fulfilling retirement!
