Berks County Immediate opening for an intelligent and motivated associate Dentist to join our practice . This office is a dentist-owned practice that performs all aspects of general dentistry . In addition to the owner dentist , we currently employ 3 full-time associate dentist and 25 support staff which includes hygienists , EFDAs , and front office staff . This practice operates out of 2 locations in Berks County , PA , with both offices being 20-minutes apart .
Each office utilizes digital radiography , intraoral scanning , 3D printing , CBCT , and digital charting . We offer all phases of general dentistry including endodontics , oral surgery , implants , IV sedation , and general anesthesia . The offices are a successful blend of fee-for-service and PPO patients , and treat both children and adults . Great clinical and communication skills are an essential part to the success of this practice .
The ideal candidate would have their PA state Dental License as well as their Anesthesia License ( Restricted II at a minimum ). We are offering great salary ( base and / or % Collections ) and benefits , along with supportive and friendly working environment . This is a very progressive office that is goal-oriented , but allows all associates to work at their own pace and create relationships with patients . Our main focus is for all associates to provide excellent patient care , 2 + years ’ experience is preferred , but will consider a recent graduate who demonstrates the required skills .
