What a year it was, competing in his first NCHA Finals
with great success. From 26 entries in the 2019 National
Finals Rookie event, Bill and ‘Tramps Destiny Q-49450’
were decisive winners with a score of 218 taking out 2019
National Finals Rookie Champion and securing 2019
NCHA Rookie Title Reserve Champion.
Placing 1st & 3rd on ‘Tramps Destiny Q-49450’ &
‘Yulgilbar Im Flying High Q-83866’ respectively in the
$7,500 Non Pro to take out the 2019 National Finals
$7,500 Non Pro Champion as well as securing overall
2019 NCHA $7500 Title Champion.
Another excellent result for the Hydrives and Bill Tonkin
in the 2020 Breeders Incentive Non Pro Derby, having
won both the Non Pro Derby and the Amateur Pro Derby,
taking his buckle tally to 4! Shame he can only wear one
at a time.
