I m p ressio n s wellness her number one issue during her year as president. She was featured in ASDA’s journal and detailed her own struggles with keeping her mental health in good shape. I had the great fortune of spending a year on the ADA’s Committee on Annual Meetings with her and she was always positive and upbeat and never hinted at any struggles. Everyone should have the opportunity to spend time with her. She will have a positive impact on you. What is her secret? I feel like she works hard to keep her stressors less than the things that bring her happiness. Dancing, singing, playing the piano or maybe a little yoga at some point everyday would be my guess, just knowing her based on her social media. It always seems easier to be happy in Erie when the days are long, the sun actually shines and the temperatures are well above freezing, but we all need to work to relieve our stress, especially from the office, when the days are not so sunny and warm.
