ADA Contract Analysis Service
The ADA offers a free and invaluable
service members before you sign on the
dotted line with a third party payer!
Contact PDA first to request the ADA’s
Contract Analysis Service. The ADA
employs a team of attorneys who review
contracts with third party payers, dental
management service organizations, and
contracts that offer dental school
students scholarships or loans in
exchange for a future employment
commitment, so long as you have not
already signed the contract.
Please note that the Contract Analysis
Service is intended to be a tool in
helping you to understand the proposed
contract, but it not intended to be
constituted as legal advice.

accepts those requests made through
state constituent dental societies,
and contracts must be sent as a separate
