PDM 2016 began with a pediatric CE program and another brand new event, a Board Alumni Dinner, on May 19. On Friday May 20 the CE programs kicked into high gear with a morning Insurance Symposium and Age One Connect the Dots session, with the day highlighted by the Adhesive Dentistry Symposium. Following the day of CE, the Council of Presidents held its meeting and both the University of Pennsylvania and Temple University hosted alumni receptions Friday evening.
Saturday’ s agenda featured more excellent CE opportunities, including Child Abuse Recognition and Reporting as well as the Endodontic Treatment Symposium, with the PDA Business Meeting and Town Hall Open Forum in the afternoon. PDM 2016 concluded Saturday evening with the Amalgamation Celebration honoring our outgoing president Dr. Wade Newman.
