Jones Foster announces that Litigation
Shareholder Robert W. Wilkins has been appointed co-chair of The Florida Bar’ s Standing Committee on Cybersecurity & Privacy Law( CPL) for the 2026-27 term, effective July 1. He will serve alongside fellow co-chair Charles“ Chuck” Bowen, Corporate Counsel for Citizens Property Insurance, where they will guide the committee ' s initiatives, educational programming, and outreach efforts focused on cybersecurity risk management, privacy compliance, and emerging legal developments impacting attorneys and their clients’ sensitive data. The CPL Committee is a“ first of its kind” panel of experts dedicated to advancing attorney awareness of cybersecurity and privacy issues affecting the legal profession. The committee develops best practices, educational programming, and resources to help attorneys address emerging cybersecurity and privacy challenges. Rob Wilkins is a Florida Bar Board Certified Business Litigation attorney with over 35 years of experience as a trial lawyer. He represents clients in complex business litigation matters, including cybersecurity, data breach and related cyber incidents, construction, corporate, LLC and partnership disputes, and commercial real estate matters.

Stevenson has joined the firm’ s West Palm Beach office as an associate, where her practice will focus on litigation involving land use and real estate matters throughout the State. Hannah advises clients on issues involving complex land use regulations, contested property interests, zoning laws, municipal codes, and state development statutes. She represents clients at both the trial and appellate levels. Her practice also includes navigating the intersection of real estate development, local government regulation, and appellate advocacy, with experience handling quasi-judicial municipal actions and disputes involving easements, boundaries, title claims, and contractual issues. Her work spans a broad range of issues affecting property owners, developers, and businesses, providing strategic counsel and advocacy in high-stakes real estate and land use matters. Prior to joining LLW, Hannah was a litigation associate at a South Florida law firm specializing in land use and real estate law. She received her J. D., cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, and received a M. S. and B. S., cum laude, from Florida State University.
Jones Foster announces that private wealth and tax attorney Richard C. Vaughan has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Palm Beach County Estate Planning Council( PBCEPC) for the 2026-2027 term, effective July 1, 2026. As a member of the Board of Directors, Mr. Vaughan will help support the organization’ s mission of advancing collaboration and professional development among estate planning professionals throughout South Florida. In this role, he will contribute to the planning of continuing education programming, networking events, and roundtable discussions designed to keep members informed on emerging trends and developments in estate planning, trust and wealth management, taxation, charitable giving, and related disciplines.
