At CCG we continually challenge traditional construction conven- tion, drive innovation and em- brace change. We are Building Futures… Divisions Our capabilities are spread across eight fully integrated divisions specialising in construction, development, manufacturing and construction services. Each can be commissioned on an individu- al basis. CCG offer an enviable depth and range of project experience which has been tested across every sector of construction including social and private housing, stu- dent accommodation, health and education, commercial, industrial and retail building. Our versatility extends across project type and scale of work, from single buildings to major consortium ventures such as the Commonwealth Games Athletes’ Village. Our ethos is to focus on our cli- ents’ needs and to deliver quality workmanship on time and within budget. We optimise our capability by combining the complementary skills that we can access across all our divisions. For example, using our own Off-Site Manufactured (OSM) closed panel timber sys- tems puts CCG at the forefront in the practical application of Mod- ern Methods of Construction. Our construction methods and practices are directly aligned with and respond to the Scottish Gov- ernment’s Sustainability Agenda. CCG are a member of a number of frameworks that are put for- ward by public sector organisa- tions such as councils and hous- ing associations. The frameworks cover the major- ity of the industry ranging from planned maintenance work- streams to new build housing and are designed to assist these or- ganisations in securing products or services for the construction, refurbishment and maintenance of social housing and public buildings.
