By attending this course and becoming a Certified Pool Operator ®( CPO) the persons responsible for maintaining your pool, sauna or spa will have a better understanding of the laws and basic upkeep techniques of pool and spa operations.
The CPO certification course requires participation in the two-day certification program taught by a certified CPO instructor and will provide individuals with the basic knowledge, techniques, and skills of pool and spa operations and maintenance.

What can go wrong and how to make simple repairs
In your role as a maintenance technician, you’ ll need to know about the pipes behind the walls of your apartment community. In particular, you’ ll need to know what can go wrong with them, and how to make a few simple repairs. This class will teach you the essential components of pipes, fittings, and cleanouts and how they impact your role as a maintenance professional.

Appliance maintenance and repair range from cosmetic touch-ups( i. e., fixing paint scratches, carpet, cabinetry, and changing light bulbs) to complex part replacements( i. e., clothes dryer heating element, refrigerator thermostat). The repairs between these extremes are vast and require you to increase your skills in determining the root cause of a problem.
