Beyond legislative advocacy , TJ ' s visionary leadership has transformed the Ambassador program , fostering innovation and collaboration . Under his guidance , the committee seamlessly integrated new members and launched the highly successful Keys to Supplier Success class , empowering industry players with invaluable tools . TJ ' s dedication extends beyond duty ; he personally mentors suppliers , driving success within the AAMD community .
