Every year The 100 Club of San Antonio hosts a Heroes Luncheon , which provides the opportunity to be a part of a very special annual event honoring our community ’ s fallen First Responders . Hundreds of First Responders , 100ClubSA Survivor Families , and community members from across Bexar County come together to honor the life , service , and sacrifice of fallen First Responders from past years . They also provide survivor family high school seniors with higher education scholarships , and for the first time ever , the 100 Club of San Antonio presented awards to individual local First Responders for Heroic Acts in 2024 .
Our very own Community Initiatives Committee was honored to be included in this event and volunteer to ensure the day ran smoothly . We believe strongly in our mission statement for the year : Our Community , Our Initiative .
The SAAA Outreach Committee was extremely pleased to partner with the New Braunfels Food Bank on Tuesday , June 25th in a collaborated effort to educate local residents about careers within the multifamily housing and property management industry . Approximately 30 attendees learned about various roles and opportunities and several employers that are currently hiring were also in attendance ready to interview .
