NOTES FROM THE ADMINISTRATION OFFICE
Happy 4th , Eaglebrooke !
June was an exciting month for us at the Club with lots of changes and events . We welcomed our new Head and Assistant Golf Professionals , Ricky Weber and Gerald Richardson , said goodbye and best of luck to our former Club Manager , Brad Little and welcomed our new Food and Beverage Manager , Brandy Booth . We also hosted out first Junior Camp of the summer , launched an updated lunch menu , extended Saturday Food Service Hours until 6:30PM and made multiple updates to the website ( Eaglebrooke . com – Be sure to check those out !) to help continue giving each of you more ways to stay up to date and in touch with all things Club related .

POOL
• We have had multiple complaints about people not adhering to the Pool Dress Code . If you are unsure of what is acceptable , please review the Dress Code listed on the next page .
• Pool hours are 7:00AM – 7:00PM .
• If you experience any issues with your fob , please email me directly at CMcCorkle @ Eaglebrooke . com . Please include the five digit number on the back of your fob and your member number .
TENNIS
• Tennis Court Hours are 7:00AM – 7:00PM .
• Access to Tennis courts is by reservation only . Inquire about our ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM !
YOGA
• We offer three classes weekly – Tuesday and Thursday night at 6:00PM and Wednesday morning at 8:30AM ; all classes are held in Ballroom 3 unless otherwise noted .
• REGISTRATION is REQUIRED .
• If you must cancel , please notify us in advance at Fitness @ Eaglebrooke . com
• TWO consecutive No-call / No-shows will result in being waitlisted for future classes .
BILLING
• Make Monthly Bill Paying Easier by using our EZ PAY system !
• To enroll in EZ PAY , simply add ( or update ) your credit card information on file – this can be done in person or over the phone .
• Your Current monthly balance will be charged to the card on file on the 20th of each month .
• Billing Inquiries , Statement Disputes , Medical Leave Requests and Cancellations :
• Please send any and all billing inquiries , statement disputes , medical leave requests and cancellation of membership notices in writing to Billing @ Eaglebrooke . com .
