Employees now possess a better understanding of what it means to be disability inclusive and how to address people with disabilities in a supportive, positive manner. The impact of WE ABLE on Zain in the long run WE ABLE is set to empower numerous people with disabilities to achieve their full potential, and along the way, ensure Zain’s corporate culture becomes more open, diverse and inclusive.
