THE MAGAZINE ROOM SUMMERTIME BLUES I would like to thank everyone for coming out to Slamology. This year was the best year yet with close to 800 vehicles registered for the show and stereo competition. Let s make next year bigger yet! We still have plenty of room at the fairgrounds to make room for a few hundred more rides. Special thanks go out to all the sponsors and vendors who helped make this year so great. The Hard Rock Café After-Party was a huge success and we hope to continue that partnership. You can go to the Slamology website and check out the results from this year s show. Now for the idiots that jacked Saturday night up at the hotels. You wonder why the cops show up and shut things down when you are banging stereos at midnight and doing burn outs in the middle of the street? Then because you caused the drama outside you have to go inside a destroy shit, then wonder why the hotel parking lots are starting to die down at shows. The hotel has nothing to do with it once YOU cross the line. I m thinking the West Coast has the right thought with shows of 18 and over. What s wrong with chilling and drinking among friends and catching up on old times or sharing some good hooker stories? Grow the F*** up! That s enough about that. The July issue is dedicated 100 percent to Slamology. The cover, the features, Gauge Girl and of course all the events were shot during the show. So check out every page and visit the sponsors and vendors online. If you didn t make it to this year s show stay tuned to www.Slamology.com for details on next year s show. If you have some good stories or bad, let us know on Facebook or email me anytime. Until Next Time, Hit as many shows as possible, Stay cool and tip a single mom or college student.
