While in the process of designing the menu for Café Fraiche, it was discovered that crepes were one of Michael’s favorite dishes to prepare. Michael’s love of making crepes and the ladies’ idea for a quaint, Frenchinspired café married perfectly to create Café Fraiche. The menu is very diverse and features menu items for breakfast and lunch. Breakfast is served all day long and the crepes range from sweet and traditional, to savory and filled with great flavor combinations. Some of the most popular crepes on the menu are the Mixed Berry Crepes. These light and delicate crepes are filled with and wrapped around rich Bavarian cream and then covered with a warm mixed berry topping comprised of blueberry, raspberry, black berry, and strawberry crowned with a dollop of fresh whipped cream. The Peaches and Cream Crepes are also very popular at Café Fraiche and are definitely a taste of summer. The crepes are filled with cinnamon cream cheese and then topped with a fresh peach sauce, whipped cream, and toasted pecans. They are almost too pretty to eat. The Sweet Crepe Trio has one Mixed Berry Crepe, one Peaches and Cream Crepe, and one Nutella Crepe that is filled with Nutella Hazelnut Spread and then topped with a Croque Madame choice of strawberries or bananas. All three are topped with fresh whipped cream. If sweet crepes are over the top for you at breakfast, there are multiple savory crepes available at Café Fraiche. The Southwest Crepe is definitely savory in style and full of flavor. It features two crepes stuffed with scrambled eggs, sausage, onion, and green pepper topped with red pepper coulis and the best hollandaise sauce. Every forkful explodes with flavor. Katelyn’s personal favorite is the Savory Chicken Crepe. This menu item features two crepes stuffed with chicken and asparagus and then topped with their famous house made hollandaise sauce. Another popular menu item at Café Fraiche is the French toast made from sliced French baguettes and is served with your choice of bacon, sausage link, or sausage patty. The French toast can also be topped with a selection of fruit toppings. Sliced French baguettes are also the base for Croque Madame. The sliced bread is topped with egg, ham, and Gruyere cheese and served with hash browns. For the heartier breakfast eater there is the Build Your Own Omelet or a Ham Steak and Eggs Omelet. If traditional is more your taste in the morning, the Breakfast Sandwich can’t be beat. A buttery croissant is topped with your choice of ham, sausage patty, or bacon, one egg, choice of cheese, and served with
