Guest appearances will include vocal soloist Diane Penning, the Dubuque Chorale Children’s Choir, members of the Heartland Ballet Company and, of course, a visit from our favorite jolly old elf—Santa! This concert is approximately one hour in length, has no intermission, and brings joy to all ages.
