In Matter’s one-of-a-kind learning adventures camp, your child chooses adventure
workshops that help them explore different
topics in art, science, and technology. Each
day of camp, your camper participates in six
adventure workshops, each of which focus on
a specific topic. Your child can choose from:
drawing, complex machines, pottery, robotics, pottery painting advanced techniques,
architecture and engineering, digital photography, 3D printing and design, storytelling
and filmmaking, circuits and electronics, and
the LEGO® Challenge Series. Camps run the
span of one week, Monday-Friday. Tuition is

A safe, supportive, and inclusive space for
adults to share and connect. Meetings are
designed with a one-hour sharing segment,
a brief break, and a one-hour positive feedback segment. Please attend both segments.

Come to the park to watch a movie under the stars. August’s movie, the final movie of the
summer, is Minions. Make sure to bring a blanket and/or chair. Popcorn and soda will be

GARDENING LUNCH ‘N LEARN

Children ages 6-9 will learn about the
water cycle through games, activities,
and hands-on exploration. The class will
meet at the creek maintenance building,
just west of the 16th St. bridge. Cost is

Join horticulture educators, Master Gardeners, and area growers to discover what
is happening in the garden each month over
your lunch break. A new topic is covered
every month, providing a “snap-shot” of
things to consider when planning, planting,
and maintaining your garden from season
to season. Typically, Lunch ‘n Learn sessions
have a follow-up workshop for a more indepth experience. This month’s session is
