would sauna occasionally before, but I didn’ t sauna regularly until we installed ours at home,” says homeheat aficionado Hannah Wallace.“ I was aware of all the long-term health benefits, and my husband was into it, so I was kind of interested. But now I genuinely use it every day – it is actually an addiction! You start slow and then you can’ t live without it.”
Hannah, a busy mother of three, isn’ t alone( except in her sauna).“ It’ s the one time in my day when I’ ve got no phone in my hand, where I have no one talking to me,” she confesses.
