JUNIOR LEAGUE COMMUNITY EVENTS
and League volunteers had worked many hours collecting and organizing items with the hope of having a record breaking sale year . The postponement allowed time for reflection on what would be the best direction moving forward . During this period of time , the Board made a great connection with High As The Sky Auction ( HATS ) to host an online auction ! By using this platform , we were able to auction over 820 items to the public !
While this was not a normal year for many of the placements that the League offers , the Rummage Sale – like many other placements , found a way to still contribute to their Montgomery community . As I said , innovation was a key component of many League decisions this year . Moving forward , we hope to return to a sense of normalcy ; however , we know that whatever happens , the League will always be working to benefit our community .
