how healthy your meal choices are, and to track your food
intake verses the amount of exercise you’re doing.

setting, committing said objectives to paper, and

33. Bookmark online cardio workout videos you can do at
home for those nights or mornings when it’s too cold, hot,

accountable to your exercise commitments.
