Not only has she found that archery improves her posture and has reduced her need for physical therapy, she loves being able to do something she never thought she could. “Once you hit the target or close to it, it’s a type of success at our age that we don’t experience,” Young said. “It’s uplifting. It helps to know, no matter my age, I can come out here and have fun. I want to tell everyone about it.
